Don’t forget to switch the extractor fan on as soon as you
start using the stove or cooking panel. It is necessary for
normal kitchen ventilation.
For complete ventilation it is necessary to switch the fan
off not earlier than 15 minutes after the cooking process has
finished.
The extractor fan is equipped with front control panel
corresponding set of buttons. Buttons “•”, “••”, “•••” switch
rates. While warming food up it is enough to use the fan on
the low fan rate. For standard cooking conditions (brewing
and frying on 1-2 burners) one should use medium fan rate.
High fan rate is intended to remove large quantity of steam,
smoke and mixed kitchen smells, while all the burners are
working.
One may switch the rate buttons in any direction. To switch
the fan out use “0” button.
CONTROL PANEL
1. Turn on or off the lightning.
2. Turns off the fan.
3. Turns off the low speed of the
fan.
4. Turns on low speed of the
fan.
5. Turns on high speed of the
fan.
RECIRCULATION
The following actions must be done for work of the cooking
hood in mode of an air recirculation:
- Do not connect cooking hood to the air duct (it is allowed
not to install an air duct adapter );
- install casing of the air duct in such a way as it’s upper
part and jalousies on it not to be overlapped;
- Install additional charcoal filters into the cooking hood
(2 pcs.).
The charcoal filters are not included into the delivery set of
the cooking hood and should be purchased separately.
The charcoal filters are not subject to cleaning and should
be replaced with new after 3-4 months.
